My TWC
When I joined mPortal, Bangalore in 2011, my first project was Time Warner Cable’s My TWC. My TWC’s Self Care App provides account management experience to TWC subscribers and enables TWC to reduce support costs and increase revenues. This one project taught me to handle the designs for iOS and Android platforms in mobile, iPad and tablet. The project went on to five to six phases of updating. Later My TWC changed the branding to Spectrum and the full set of designs been updated to a new fresh colour set. I learned the lessons faster. (more…)...
WiFi Finder
TWC WiFi Finder app solution was the project, which I was working simultaneously for the same client MY TWC . This app helps the user to locate and connect to the nationwide TWC WiFi network and get fast, reliable Internet on-the-go. This project also went on to many phases to update with more feature and later to change the branding and colour scheme. Gradually I was getting into detailing of the screens and the pixel perfections of designs. (more…)...
AT & T
The AT&T Collaborate portal helps admins of various sized businesses to setup their call services and features, such as an Auto Attendant. The portal was complex and major one, which was indented for the advanced users. Big team participation through coordination, association, sharing and communications was learned when I became a part of AT&T team. Digicel
I got a more freehand when I worked for Digicel, another big collaborate portal, which is meant to simplify business communications. The extensive work on provisioning section of the portal, my first experience of SSOT documentations, association with UX team in initial levels of wireframing etc are the advantages, which acquired from this project. VERIZON
Verizon, One Talk for Desktop is a custom business phone solution that makes the user’s office phone and any compatible smart device work as one—using one ‘One Talk’ phone number. I could do the role of design lead for phase 2 of this project. Starting from client meetings to UI deliverables I could work actively in all the stages of developments, with the partner teams and the client. This project gave me the chances of client interactions, user research, client requirements and technical possibilities analysis. (more…)...
SPEED (Cisco Internal)
Speed was an internal project to develop a web solution portal for small business groups. This portal’s purpose was to manage the incoming calls, voicemails and schedules of the company. This was an individual task and I could design the whole project alone and was well appreciated in the team. Auto Attendant
Numerous other internal projects to assist sales and marketing team gave me a lot of open space to work and introduce more ideas. Speed and HC Solutions are such projects. I always managed to squeeze in time to help sales and marketing team with their presentations, newsletters or email designs. The 9 years of UI designer career with Cisco, Broadsoft and mPortal, helped me to become a confident UI designer, who can manage different aspects of this job, from a very nervous beginner. (more…)...
